MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

I want to wish all my readers and fellow sweet potato fans a very Merry Christmas!! I am having a bountiful holiday dinner tonight that will include the stir-fried sweet potatoes from last month's blogging. I keep coming back to this recipe, it is so incredibly tasty for such a quick preparation. Of course, there will also be Sweet Potato Pie, Pecan Pie, Ham, Turkey and plenty of other fixings to go around. I'll be back soon with some new recipes, so stay tuned for New Year's Party ideas.
